We exist to help women uncover and confidently live the purpose they were created for. That begins with seeing the whole woman, including what she carries, what she has survived, what she is building, and what she is ready to multiply.

Nikki Cambridge
Building a wider path for the women coming next.
Nikki founded Woman Enlightened to hold the whole woman, not only the roles she performs or the responsibilities she carries. Her work brings together lived experience, motherhood, executive leadership, and more than fifteen years of developing leaders.
At the center is a belief that purpose should never require a woman to abandon herself. She can honor what she has survived, recognize who she is becoming, and create a legacy without disappearing inside the work.
That is why the Five Discoveries are seasons, not ranks. Woman Enlightened gives each woman room to understand where she is, choose what she needs next, and continue with clarity.
