• Private Digital Journal titles, writing, selected prompt context, and entry dates you choose to keep.
• Private workshop writing, lesson progress, commitments, and completion dates you choose to keep.
• Notification category choices, member-selected timezone and quiet hours, private in-platform notices, browser subscription details, message-free campaign inclusion records, and delivery outcomes.
• Limited first-party activity events that help the platform understand whether working member features are useful.
• Service inquiries submitted through public forms. These are business records separate from a member account.

• Authenticate your account and protect private member pages.
• Save your assessment, Purpose Path, and progress across visits.
• Keep existing resources in your private library until you remove them or delete your account.
• Keep your private journal history available across signed-in visits until you permanently delete an entry or your account.

Optional profile choices never change assessment scores, Discoveries, access, pricing, or eligibility. They are not Journey memory and are not available to Journey.

• Assessment responses and profile choices are not sold.
• Sensitive assessment responses are not used for advertising targeting.
• Individual profile preference values do not appear in executive dashboards.
• Individual saved items and completion markers do not appear in executive dashboards or advertising audiences.
• Journal titles, prompts, excerpts, and writing do not appear in executive dashboards, advertising audiences, or notification targeting.
• Journal writing does not enter Journey memory and is not available to a coach without a future, deliberate member sharing action.
• Workshop writing does not appear in executive dashboards, advertising audiences, notification targeting, or Journey memory.
• Workshop responses do not change assessment scores or Discovery results and are not available to a coach.
• Notifications are not targeted from Discovery results, assessment answers, life events, check-ins, profile preferences, or distress signals.
• Notification previews do not disclose private assessment, profile, or life-context information.
• The platform does not collect recently viewed history as part of the Saved Resource Library.
• Private answers, life-event disclosures, blind spots, and areas of struggle are not included in shareable results.

Internal member insights hide every group smaller than five women. Members can opt out of future internal assessment, progress, and preference, saved-resource, journal, and workshop participation calculations in the Trust Center without reducing their member experience. Saved-resource insight appears only when at least five included members saved the same resource.

Aggregate page traffic is handled separately. It does not include names, emails, assessment answers, life events, profile choices, or private assessment identifiers.

• See, edit, or clear every optional profile choice.
• Turn profile-based personalization off at any time.
• Delete an individual assessment and its related Purpose Path.
• Mark saved items complete, clear that marker, or permanently remove a saved record.
• Create, edit, export, or permanently delete private journal entries.
• Resume, revise, export, or permanently clear private workshop writing and progress.
• Turn each notification category on or off, change quiet hours, dismiss notices, or disable browser push and remove its keys.
• Download a private machine-readable copy of member data.
• Permanently delete the member account after confirming the action and verifying the current password.

Account, profile, assessment, Purpose Path, journal, workshop, and saved-resource information remains while the account is active because it supports the ongoing member experience. Permanently deleting a journal entry removes that row from active service without a hidden application trash copy. Clearing a workshop permanently deletes its writing and progress record. Removing a saved item permanently deletes that saved record. Clearing an optional profile field removes that value from active service immediately. Deleting an individual assessment also deletes its dependent Purpose Path records.

Private in-platform notices, message-free campaign inclusion records, and member-linked delivery outcomes expire after 30 days. Inclusion and delivery records contain no notification title or message. Disabling browser push removes active subscription endpoints and encryption keys from delivery storage.

After confirmation and password verification, account deletion removes the sign-in account, profile, preferences, assessments, assessment drafts, Purpose Paths, structured actions, check-ins, journal entries, workshop writing and progress, saved-resource records, notification preferences, notices, browser subscription keys, campaign inclusion records, delivery outcomes, and the member link from first-party activity records. There is no hidden account recovery period.

Service inquiries remain separate business records because they document a request made to Woman Enlightened. Anonymous aggregate counts may remain after they can no longer identify a member. Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until routine expiration and are not returned to active service after deletion. Information will be retained longer only when legally required.
